About our activities as from June 12th

Introduction

As for the regular meeting on June 19th, I would like to express my gratitude to the reporters and participants. I will inform you about the meeting on another day. Our activity was independently reported by the Yamagata Shinbun(the newspaper of Yamagata) for the first
time.

[Last week’s activity report]

  1. On June 14th, we carried out the cleaning operation in the evening.
  2. On June 14th, we supported the rescue operation of plant materials in Rikuzentakada City Museum engaged by the Prefectural Museum.
  3. On June 16th, the cleaning operation in the evening was suspended for our reasons.
  4. We carried out the second cleaning operation in Yonezawa on June 17th. It progressed smoothly.
  5. We made some preparation for the extended regular meeting on June 19th, and informed about it.

[This week’s Objective]

  1. We will carry out the cleaning operation on June 21th and 23th.
  2. We will orgamise the cleaning operation in Yonezawa on June 24th
  3. We will send the report documents of the regular meeting.
  4. We will plan and prepare for the first time outdoors fellowship meeting by the
    Yamagata Network, which is scheduled to be held in July.
