 Introduction

Our Activity Report & objective has reached vol.50.

Various new issues constantly arise one after another. Please give us your cooperation. This weekend, adult members of the Yamagata Network will participate in the rescue operation in Ishinomaki city, held by the Miyagi Network for Preserving Historical Materials.

  1.  On 12th March, we had the one day tidying operation in YWJC.
  2. On 12th March, the cleaning operation in the Kamiyama City Northern Public Hall was held.

 [This Week’s Objective]

  1.  On 19th March, we will carry out the cleaning operation in the Kamiyama City Northern Public Hall.

NB: People who join our activities,

The insurance for voluntary work will expire by the end of March. If you wish to continue joining our operations, you need to extend your insurance at your local social welfare council. If you have any difficulties, please contact with Kobayashi, a secretariat officer of the Yamagata Network.

 [Information]

We were concerned about any damage to health caused by mould, which covered the damaged historical materials. So far, we have not had any trouble or serious problems, for the sake of strengthening the countermeasures, we would like you, who have participated in our operation, to cooperate with the health survey.

We will inform you, mainly who have worked together, by us or organisers of each workshop; however if you have not received any contact from us although you joined our activities, please send me your details.

We very much appreciate your cooperation.
