Yamagata Network’s Activity Report & Objective ~Part51

~From the blog of 25th March of the Yamagata Relief Network for Cultural Heritage~

It was a very busy week. The secretariat office had a lot of opportunities to listen to the stories of people concerned and to attend a symposium this week. Thank you very much.

Our members are engaged in the full-scale operation for preventing mould and for planning the next fiscal year. We appreciate your active participation.

 [This Week’s Objective]

  1. On 26th March, the cleaning operation in Kamiyama City Northern Public Hall will be carried out.
  2. On 26th March, we will have the cleaning operation in the YU.
  3. We will discuss the countermeasure for mould and will survey the present condition.

 NB: When you at first time join our cleaning operation, please contact with the secretariat office previously.

We are approaching the end of the fiscal year. We expect that you are busy.

At present, we coordinate the countermeasures for mould though, we will basically continue to carry out the cleaning operation after April. I would like to therefore appeal the advertisement for voluntary workers. Now we are publishing the Network News, but we would like to ask you to support the public relations as follows;

  1. Could you distribute our pamphlet?
  2. Could you place our pamphlet in your institution?
  3. Could you let us explain our activities, for example to have a meeting or something?
  4. Could you visit us and look around our operations?
  5. Could you let us have a panel exhibition in your institution?

In terms of the activities 3~5, we need to arrange times and places; we would like to ask you as much as possible.

Yamagata Network does not basically make requests to individual institutions. We just ask your cooperation at your convenience. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions and requests.
