Yamagata Network’s Activity Report & Objective ~Part 29

~From the blog of 15th October of the Yamagata Relief Network for Cultural Heritage~

Introduction

Yamagata Prefecture is rapidly entering into the autumn season. However, sight-seeing spots in Yamagata are unusually quiet. I guess this situation could be the same as the neighbouring area of Fukushima Prefecture, although now is the best season to see the mountains which are aflame with autumn colour. We are ready to accept your visitation, and your participation in our cleaning operations. If the dates fit our time schedule, we are willing to guide you, so please come and see Yamagata, and the Tohoku area.

In addition, we will hold the Imoni-festival by the Yamagata Relief Network on the evening of the 11th November.

[Advertisement for the use of panel exhibition for Yamagata Network’s activities]

Yamagata Network has made a panel exhibition to introduce our efforts and ask people to understand and support our activities. During October, our panel exhibition has been exhibited in Yonezawa Women’s Junior College, Yamagata University and Tohoku University of Community Service and Science.

 Recently we made another spare exhibition kit in order to exhibit in any place someone offers us. I would therefore like you to cooperate to exhibit it in some institutions which you are involved with. We will arrange it as is needed.

Because the members of our secretariat office are few, the services which we can offer are as follows;

  1. Arrangement of loaning out the exhibition kit
  2. Publication of the documents concerned with the request of exhibition
  3. Dispatching the exhibition kit
  4. Receiving the exhibition kit (after the exhibition)

As for the preparation of the exhibition floor, we would like proposers or supporters to do it. Furthermore, we also appreciate you to offerto cover the postage costs. Thank you very much for your understanding.
