Yamagata Newtowrk’s Activity Report & Objective ~Part30

~From the blog of 22nd October of the Yamagata Relief Network for Cultural Heritage~

Introduction

Our reports have reached part 30. At first, I had thought it would finish at around the 10th or somewhere, however it seems to be long-lasting for the time being.

I report as follows, last night we held the cleaning operation in Yonezawa Women’s Junior College. Nearly twenty 18-or-19-year-old-students gathered and carried out the cleaning operation and tidied up the documents. What surprised me was that there are a lot of people who at times come and help us in the YWJC. I think it is wonderful, because I feel that they join our operation the same as they would attend their lectures in the university, just as a part of their routine work!

In the next volume, I may report to you that the operation in Tohoku University of Community Service and Science will start. We are willing to accept new fellows; so please come and help us.
